We never store the content of your emails, documents, Slack messages, or CRM data.
Data from third-party services is processed only in real time to execute your request, then immediately deleted.
We store only:
Encrypted access tokens
Minimal technical metadata (email & Slack workspace id)
Access tokens are automatically refreshed at regular intervals to reduce risk.

Ensure secure connections with your tools
Respond to support requests
Improve service quality and security
4. Legal Basis
Contract performance: operation of Biblion
Consent: connecting to third-party services
Legitimate interest: platform security and improvement
5. Recipients and Hosting
Authorized Biblion team members
Technical providers (e.g., Amazon Web Services – EU)
No sharing with unauthorized third parties
6. Data Retention
Access tokens: kept only as long as needed for the connection (automatically renewed)
Account data: retained while your account is active
Technical logs: up to 12 months
Support data: up to 3 years after the last contact
7. Security
Data encryption in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256)
Strict access controls
Regular monitoring and audits
“Zero Content Storage” architecture: no retention of business content
8. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction or deletion of your data, ask for data portability, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw your consent at any time.
